The return journey from giving birth deserves the same loving attention as pregnancy, preparation, and birth itself do.

Our modern culture lacks strong traditions for honoring this time when new mothers and parents integrate and grow into a new season of life. But parents still crave ways to mark this momentous event and transitional time.

Drawing on my experience as a midwife, bodyworker, storyteller and women’s circle leader, I take great pleasure in co-creating individualized birth integration sessions for parents of all identities and all types of birth stories. Sessions include a custom combination of birth story processing, art making, bodywork, storytelling, ritual, and more, selected to meet you wherever you are in your labyrinth of postpartum return, restore physical & emotional health and wellbeing, and help you embody the wisdom you earned through the right of passage of birth.

We begin with a 30 minute phone call to begin planning your session.

Sessions are approximately 2-2.5 hours in length. The fee is $300.
